Greetings Reignite Your Light Volunteers!

We are so excited to be hosting the Summit this year in Ft. Lauderdale. Much like our other events, a large part of the success of our weekend is due to our wonderful volunteers, many of whom return every year.

Set Up, Breakdown, Ticket Taker, Greeter, and Time Card person etc.
All shifts are considered rotation positions. We move volunteers around (unless otherwise discussed). Most positions are 5 hours long and generally require that you be able to stand on your feet and have a friendly demeanor. Full details are outlined in the volunteer agreement.
It’s important to wear comfortable shoes and attire.

Here is a description of the Volunteer categories.

Set Up: Volunteers help with setting up the vendor area, decorating the hall, arranging tables and chairs, and other tasks.

Greeter: Volunteers provide a friendly greeting to attendees, help with line control, and assist attendee check in.

Presenters Helper: Often our presenters need a little help with their booths or other tasks.

Breakdown: Volunteers help with breaking down and packing up items after the close of the Summit on Sunday evening. This is mostly a floaters position as it based on need.
