Online Workshops, Masterclasses, or Certification Programs

Beginner Level:

·         Produce, Coordinate, Host on RYLE’s Zoom or Mastermind.com, & Record event

·         Provide client with an MP4 video file of event within 24 hours of the event

·         Create event on the RYLE’s Zoom or Mastermind.com accounts

·         Create event in RYLE’s event portal and provide registration link for use on websites, social media, ads, and emails

·         Register attendees through RYLE

·         Provide client with the registration list of attendees

·         Provide client with registration fees less RYLE’s fee

·         Create flyer, banner, and ads for social media, website, emails, and event registration pages

·         Send out email announcements through client’s email service such as Constant Contact or Mail Chimp

·         Share event social media posts on client’s social media pages

·         Include event on Reignite Your Light Events website, Facebook page, and eBlasts

RYLE Fee: 45% of Paid Attendees from each event

Basic Level A:

·         Produce, Coordinate, & Record event in clients streaming service such as Zoom or Teams

·         Provide client with an MP4 video file of event within 24 hours of the event

·         Create Event in client’s streaming service

·         Create event in Event Registration Page in clients event planning service account and provide registration link for use on websites, social media, ads, and emails

·         Include event on Reignite Your Light Events website, Facebook page, and eBlasts

RYLE Fee: 30% of Paid Attendees from each event

Basic Level B:

·         Produce, Coordinate, Host on RYLE’s Zoom or Mastermind.com, & Record event

·         Provide client with an MP4 video file of event within 24 hours of the event

·         Create event on the RYLE’s Zoom or Mastermind.com accounts

·         Create event in RYLE’s event portal and provide registration link for use on websites, social media, ads, and emails

·         Produce and Coordinate Event from planning through the end of the event

·         If Client does not have their own location for the event, research locations for event, choose location with client, and negotiate location contract

·         Work with Location Site on Setup and Schedule

·         Book and oversee all Audio/Video for the Event

·         Edit all audio and video for Client to pre-sell at the event and beyond and for promotional purposes

·         Create event in RYLE’s event portal and provide registration link for use on websites, social media, ads, and emails

·         Register attendees through RYLE

·         Provide client with the registration list of attendees

·         Provide client with registration fees less RYLE’s fee

In Person Destination Retreats & Tours

Destination Retreats & Tours

·         Meet with Client to Plan and Create a Budget for the event

·         Plan, Budget, Coordinate, & Book sites, lodging, local transportation, and meals

·         Book airfare for tour leaders and coordinators, as well attendees when needed

·         Be an additional driver when needed

·         Create Flyers, Ads, and Social Media Posts for Client to send out through out

·         Include event on Reignite Your Light Events website, Facebook page, and eBlasts

·         Create and Manage Event on Registration Page

·         Prepare retreat and tour informational packets and booklets or journals

RYLE Fee: $150-$200 per paid Attendee plus all travel, lodging, sites, and meals included or $100 per paid Attendee when not attending the retreat or tour

In Person 1-5 Day Conferences & Expos

Conferences & Expos:

·         Meet with Client to Plan and Create a Budget for the event

·         Produce and Coordinate Event from planning through the end of the event

·         If Client does not have their own location for the event, research locations for event, choose location with client, and negotiate location contract

·         Book Speakers and Performers for paid speakers and performers

·         Negotiate Hotel Room Night Costs and Book Out of Town paid speaker and performer rooms

·         Work with Location Site on Setup and Schedule

·         Create Flyers, Ads, and Social Media Posts for Speakers and Performers and for the Client to send out through out

·         Create and Manage Event on Registration Page and oversee registrations of vendors, speakers, performers, and attendees

·         Include event on Reignite Your Light Events website, Facebook page, and eBlasts

·         Manage volunteers and vendors

·         Work with Client on Sponsorships

·         Prepare the Event Program

·         Book and oversee all Audio/Video for the Event

·         Edit all audio and video for Client to pre-sell at the event and beyond and for promotional purposes

·         If needed, the RYLE Coordinators can also be the Host for the event

·         Pay all Speakers and Performers

RYLE Fee is a 50% split with the Client after all expenses have been paid, as well as a 50% split for all Audio and Video pre-sell products of the event. Provide Client with their 50% within 30 days of all expenses have been paid.
